Our services are designed for professional use within the technology sector. Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. All content, features, and functionality on the Kezonoxx Data Platform—including but not limited to Intelligence Reports, analytical software, data visualizations, and the "Kezonoxx" brand—are the exclusive property of Kezonoxx Data Platform or its licensors.
These assets are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Republic of Korea. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the materials for internal business evaluation only.
The "Briefing" Usage Rule
You may print or download one copy of reasonable extracts of our public Analytical Capabilities for your personal or internal business reference, provided that our copyright notice remains visible and the platform remains cited as the source. Commercial redistribution of our South Korean tech insights is strictly prohibited without a separate licensing agreement.

Under no circumstances shall Kezonoxx Data Platform be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our analytical tools.

Service Continuity
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service without notice to maintain platform integrity and data precision standards.
Dispute Resolution & Legal Seat.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, South Korea.
